At the Klamath Falls location, we meet from the rear entrance of the Klamath County Museum, 1451 Main St, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Parking and building entrance are at the rear parking lot next to North Spring St.

Our Medford meeting takes place at the IHOP Restaurant at 1383 Center Dr, Medford, OR 97501. We will be in the meeting room.

  • 1860's Days at the County Museum  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . February 10, 2024

One of the first events of the CCWS in the year occurs at the Klamath County Museum, where you can see live demonstrations of civilian crafts and displays of life

of the soldier. Also, take a peek at our full-scale 3-inch ordinance rifle! All that and more can be found between 10 AM and 2 PM during the event hours. Fun for

the whole family!

  • Battle at Cone Grove Park (RACW event). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . April 26-28, 2024

The CCWS is proud to support this event, hosted by our sister group the RACW, which will take place at Cone Grove Park outside of Red Bluff, CA.

Friday, April 26th will be a school day, followed by Saturday and Sunday being open to the public. On Saturday, battles will take place at 12PM and 3PM, while

the singular battle on Sunday will take place at 1PM.

  • Heritage Day at Fort Klamath  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . May 25-26, 2024

In association with the Klamath County Museums, the CCWS is proud to partake in the 2022 Heritage Days and help educate the local community on the history of Fort Klamath and the people who were part of it. We will present various stations regarding life at the Fort and for the people in the region in the 1800s. Donations are welcome both to the club and to the Museum but admission is free otherwise. This event is absolutely fun for the whole family to enjoy with period blacksmithing, artillery, and infantry demonstrations, and much more! The park opens at 9 AM and closes at 5 PM on the 25th while closing at 3 PM on the 26th.​

  • Civil War Days - Yreka (RACW event). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . May 30 - June 2, 2024

The CCWS is proud to support this other event, hosted by our sister group the RACW, which will take place on Westside Road in Yreka, CA..

Friday, May 30th will be a school day, followed by Saturday and Sunday being open to the public. On Saturday, battles will take place at 12PM and 3PM, while

the singular battle on Sunday will take place at 1PM.

  • Skirmish at Joseph Stewart County Park . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . June 22-23, 2024 

Come one and all to the biggest reenactment of the CCWS! The event takes place at idyllic Lost Creek Lake in the Day Use area, with full encampments and several battles at 11 AM and 3 PM on Saturday, and at 11 AM on Sunday. This will truly be an event that is fun for the whole family! The event will also feature a raffle of various items to be announced at the end of each battle, and while there is no fee for entry, the club does accept donations to help continue supporting our efforts in the local area. The event opens at 9 AM and closes at 5 PM on Saturday, and on Sunday is open from 9 AM to 1 PM.

  • Fort Klamath Living History Days. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . August 17th-18th, 2024

In association with the Klamath County Museums, the CCWS is proud to partake in the 2022 Living History Days and help educate the local community on the history of Fort Klamath and the people who were part of it. Donations are welcome both to the club and to the Museum but admission is free otherwise. This event is absolutely fun for the whole family to enjoy on the original fort grounds with period blacksmithing, artillery and infantry demonstrations, and much more! The event opens at 9 AM and closes at 5 PM on the 17th, while closing at 3 PM on the 18th.
